  • What is the warranty on Kramble products?
    Our products come with a 12 month warranty period from the time of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required to ensure that it is within this window. We always recommend giving our service department a call prior to sending it in so that they can walk you through some quick trouble shooting.
  • How do I match my new remote to the receiver?
  • Where can I buy the systems?
    All products can be purchased online, by giving us a call at 306-933-2655, or by going to one of our local dealers and buying one of their in stock items or having them order it in for you. Contact us for a list of dealers in your area.
  • How do you mail orders?
    All orders are mailed depending on the address provided to us. All box number orders will go via Canada Post and physical address orders will be either scheduled with Purolator, UPS, or can still go by Canada Post. We try to do the most cost effective way for our customers.
  • Where can I find pricing and availability?
    All our standard products are listed in our shop with the most up to date pricing. All items are currently in stock and ready to ship same or next day depending on order time (some exceptions apply). For replacement parts or items not listed, please give us a call during our business hours at 306-933-2655.
